All entrances to VELOBerlin are at ground level. Wheelchair-accessible cable ramps will be installed on the grounds.
Access for severely disabled persons by car: via Tempelhofer Damm 45, 12101 Berlin, south around the airport building to the event parking lot at the airfield (follow signs)
There are barrier-free toilets in the outdoor area.
While the Airfield Race cycling race will take place exclusively on VELOBerlin on April 12th, the entire northern half of Tempelhof Field will be used on April 11th. There may be temporary closures at track crossings.

The following visitors will receive a discounted day ticket for €12.00 instead of €15.00 at the box office upon presentation of proof: ADFC members, pupils aged 14 and over, trainees, students, volunteers, job seekers (ALG I), severely disabled persons (GdB ≥ 50) and persons with transfer benefits (with proof)
Children up to and including the age of 14 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as well as accompanying persons of severely disabled persons with mark B (please present appropriate proof)
Unfortunately, no dogs or other pets are allowed on the event grounds
Getting there is very easy - the best way is by bike or public transport! There is no event parking lot for cars!
Tickets and admission
All visitors must book a ticket before attending the event. This is also possible on site at the box offices at both entrances (cash/EC card), but we also recommend purchasing tickets in the online ticket store (Paypal or credit card) on the weekend of the event.
For a one-time visit to VELOBerlin, you purchase a day ticket, which allows you to visit VELOBerlin on either April 10th or April 11th, 2027. The validity of the ticket expires when you leave the premises. With a festival ticket you can visit VELOBerlin on both days of the event.
Ticket presale is expected to start shortly before Christmas 2026. We will reward early ticket purchasers with generous discounts. The presale price is valid until Friday, April 9, 2027, inclusive.
ADFC members, pupils aged 14 and over, trainees, students, volunteers, job seekers (ALG I), severely disabled persons (GdB ≥ 50) and persons with transfer benefits receive discounted day tickets at the box office on site against appropriate proof.
Persons who are entitled to free admission (children up to and including the age of 14 accompanied by a parent or guardian and persons accompanying severely disabled persons with a B disability) can also book a free ticket in the ticket store or at the box office. Please have appropriate proof (school ID, severely disabled ID) ready at the entrance.
In the online ticket store you can pay by Paypal & credit card, at the box offices in cash and by EC card.
In order to test ride bikes at VELOBerlin or take part in rides, we need a completed and confirmed liability waiver from you. This year you can only fill this out on site at the info points and at most of the entrances to the test tracks.
VELOBerlin tickets are not personalized, i.e. they are not linked to a specific person. The name on the ticket is the name of the purchaser.
You will receive your ticket(s) as an attachment by e-mail after successfully purchasing a ticket in the online store. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder if the mail does not arrive directly.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled.
Please show your VELOBerlin ticket as a PDF / wallet / mobile ticket (QR code) on your smartphone at the entrance to VELOBerlin. Of course you can also show the PDF ticket in printed form - save the paper and use your smartphone, tablet etc. The tickets must be kept on the premises for the entire duration of your stay, as they will be scanned again when you leave the premises.

We would like to point out that image, audio and video recordings will be made during the event and may be used by the organizers of VELOBerlin and its partners for publications for information and marketing purposes free of charge and for an unlimited period of time.
