Tickets and admission
All visitors must book a personalized ticket before attending the event. This is also possible on site at the box offices at both entrances (cash/EC card), but we also recommend purchasing tickets in the online ticket store (Paypal or credit card) on the weekend of the event.
For a one-time visit to VELOBerlin, you buy a one-day ticket that you can use to visit VELOBerlin on either May 10 or 11, 2025. The validity of your ticket expires when you enter the event site. With a festival ticket, you can visit VELOBerlin on both days of the event.
We reward early ticket purchases with substantial discounts. The advance booking price is valid up to and including Friday, May 9, 2025.
Persons who are entitled to free admission (children up to and including the age of 14 accompanied by a parent or guardian and persons accompanying severely disabled persons with a B disability) can also book a free ticket in the ticket store or at the box office. Please have appropriate proof (school ID, severely disabled ID) ready at the entrance.
In the online ticket store you can pay by Paypal & credit card, at the box offices in cash and by EC card.
In order to test ride bikes at VELOBerlin or take part in rides, we need a completed and confirmed liability waiver from you. You can purchase this directly in the Online Ticket Shop together with your admission ticket. You will receive the confirmation together with your admission ticket by e-mail as a PDF. Please show the corresponding PDF ticket at the Info Point (transition from the covered outdoor area / Hangar 4 to the Open Air) and you will receive a wristband to use the course. If you would like to register for the test course later, you can do so at any time in the online ticket store. The declaration of liability can only be confirmed for yourself and as a parent/guardian for your own children. You will receive your ticket(s) as an attachment by e-mail after successfully purchasing a ticket in the online store. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder if the mail does not arrive directly.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled.
Please show your VELOBerlin ticket as a PDF / wallet / mobile ticket (QR code) on your smartphone at the entrance to VELOBerlin. Of course you can also show the PDF ticket in printed form - save the paper and use your smartphone, tablet etc. The tickets must be kept on the premises for the entire duration of your stay, as they will be scanned again when you leave the premises.
Unfortunately, no dogs or other animals are allowed on the event grounds.
We would like to point out that image, audio and video recordings will be made during the event and may be used by the organizers of VELOBerlin and its partners for publications for information and marketing purposes free of charge and for an unlimited period of time.
