takes place on April 11 and 12, 2026 at Tempelhof Airport.
Present your bike and mobility brands, parts, accessories and digital and tourist offers for all activity-loving target groups at the bike festival in the heart of the capital.
We offer a wide range of presentation options for your brand - indoor, outdoor, covered or open-air stands, divided thematically and according to interest groups, in the special flair of the historic Tempelhof Airport. We also offer branding and participation opportunities for your brand beyond the classic trade fair stand - talk to us!
Huge test tracks and fun courses invite you to take extensive test rides - this is where your bike convinces! VELOBerlin is the bicycle platform for a wide range of mobility topics: The colorful festival program with talks, shows and big bike races inspires you to try out, discuss and participate.

We use the digital tool fairoo.de for registration and trade fair planning. It offers a modern and intuitive registration process and helps you to plan your trade fair appearance clearly and keep track of all tasks.

VELOBerlin at Tempelhof Airport has different exhibition areas - Hangar 5 as an indoor area with the VELOSpecial areas (4,000 square meters), the covered apron (9,000 square meters), and the uncovered open air area (30,000 square meters). You can see pictures of the different areas further down on this page.

The Soli Prize for young companies, 1-person businesses, handmade products and exhibitors who only show bikes for kids and young people. The stand areas are on request. Maximum size for special price 12sqm, beyond that the price of the respective space category applies.

When you register, please let us know where you would prefer to be placed and how many sides of your stand should be open (row stand: 1 side open, corner stand: 2 sides open, head stand: 3 sides open (from a certain size), block stand: 4 sides open (from a certain size). We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
You will receive the following number of exhibitor passes (see table below) free of charge. Any additional exhibitor passes ordered will be charged at EUR 10.00 plus VAT per pass.

Stands, exhibits, advertising etc. above a height of 2.50 m are subject to approval by the organizer.
